This creative and fun mosaic workshop offers the ideal opportunity to spend some quality time creating a mosaic trivet with your Mum this Mother's Day. Corin will guide you through the process of mosaic making and safely using mosaic tools. As a mother and daughter team you will work together to make a 22 cm mosaic trivet. As a duo you can choose to make your own design, inspired by the colours of all the materials provided or for simplicity make use of some easy and fun templates. The workshop is perfect for someone who enjoys crafting and working with their hands. You don't need to have prior mosaic experience and working as a team you should be able to complete your trivet in the allotted time. You may wish to bring your own apron to protect your clothes. The workshop is priced for two people at £110 (£55 each) and includes tea and cake. Please note the workshop is scheduled for Mother's Day, Sunday 30th March 11am to 4.30pm with a break for lunch. Hosted at the Bedford Pub in Balham, there will be an opportunity to break for lunch and order food from the pub but you can also choose to bring your own packed lunch or grab something quick from the high street.
