Fancy trying your hand at making mosaics at this fun Christmas Mosaic Bauble workshop in SE London? Hosted at The Penge Art Club from 12 to 4.30pm. The workshop will take place upstairs at the Southey Taproom in Penge and you will be able to purchase refreshments from the taproom during the course of the workshop. Come along with friends and enjoy learning in a relaxed environment. Ideal for beginners and those wanting to learn the direct method. During this festive workshop you will be able to select from a variety of bauble plywood bases with the aim of completing single sided 2 baubles. Mosaic baubles make the perfect gift for friends and family or just for you! Corin will guide you through the process, from selecting tiles and being playful with colour, you will learn how to cut and shape tesserae and the final hour of the session will be dedicated to teaching mosaic grouting.
