Please note the course date has been amended and the event only takes place over one evening on 26 November 6.30 - 9.30pm. Step in from the cold this November and enjoy a night of mosaic making with London Mosaic Studios. You’ll be greeted with a glass of bubbles before settling in to the relaxed luxury of The Havannah Room at the newly launched Trafalgar Pub on the Kings Road, Chelsea. You will have the opportunity to select from a wide variety of Christmas decoration shapes and transform glass and ceramic into a show stopping Christmas ornament. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced crafter, Corin will guide you through every step of creating your own mosaic bauble. You will to learn how to confidently use the tools to shape and cut materials and gain the skills to continue crafting your own bespoke mosaic ornaments long after the workshop ends. What you can expect: Corin will provide lots of luxury and sparkly tiles to get you making a bauble to rival the boutique high street decorations. You will have access to all tools needed and you will leave with an introductory knowledge of making mosaics using the direct method. This beginner class will give you the confidence to try bigger mosaic projects. You will leave with grout and instructions to finish your mosaic or alternatively for a cost of £5 Corin can grout your bauble for you to pick up from the pub at a later date. Mosaic baubles make the perfect gift for friends and family or simply enjoy seeing your handiwork on your own Christmas Tree!
